7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

7.1 Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit cards, mobile banking, online payment gateways.

• Billing Cycle: One-time, monthly, or annual subscriptions.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except in cases of proven service failure attributable solely to Zaeim Tech. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

7.2 Late Payments & Service Suspension

• Services may be suspended or restricted for overdue payments.

• Late fees or interest up to 2% per month may apply.

• A reactivation fee may be charged after suspension.

7.3 Price & Feature Changes

Zaeim Tech reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing, features, or service plans

• Discontinue or upgrade services with reasonable prior notice

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. App-Specific Terms

• Some apps may support offline usage; data sync occurs when internet access is available.

• Hardware integrations (printers, scanners, devices) are used at the user’s own risk.

• App performance may vary based on device specifications, OS versions, and network conditions.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (payment gateways, cloud services, analytics).

Zaeim Tech:

• Does not control third-party platforms

• Is not liable for third-party service failures or data handling practices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaeim Tech shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Data loss due to device failure, misuse, or third-party services

• Service downtime, delays, or system errors

• Unauthorized access caused by user negligence

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaeim Tech from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

• User-generated data or content

12. Termination of Services

Zaeim Tech may suspend or terminate your access:

• For illegal or abusive activity

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
