6. On-Site Service Rules and Rates

  • On-site services are available by appointment and are subject to the availability of our technicians.

6.2 On-Site Service Rates

  • On-site service rates will include travel expenses and a standard hourly rate, which will be detailed in the service agreement.
  • A minimum service charge of 2 hours applies to all on-site visits.

6.3 Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our technicians.
  • Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

7. Online Service Rates

7.1 Standard Online Service Rate

  • Our standard rate for online services, including remote support and virtual consultations, will be specified in the service agreement.

7.2 Service Scope

  • Online services will be provided during regular business hours, with emergency support available at an additional cost.
  • The scope and duration of online services will be agreed upon in advance.

8. Data Entry Service Rates

8.1 Standard Data Entry Rate

  • Our standard rate for data entry services will be specified in the service agreement.
  • Rates may vary based on the volume and complexity of the data entry task.

8.2 Service Delivery

  • Data entry services will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon in the service agreement.

9. After-Sales Service

  • ZAEIM Tech offers a warranty period of 30 days after project completion, during which time we will address any defects or issues arising from our work.
  • After the warranty period, ongoing support and maintenance services will be available at an additional cost.

  • Clients can request after-sales service via our support portal, email, or phone.

10. Client Responsibilities

10.1 Timely Cooperation

  • Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials or information required for the project.
  • Delays caused by the client may result in project delays and additional charges.

10.2 Extra Charges for Client-Side Delays

  • If the client delays the project timeline, ZAEIM Tech reserves the right to impose additional charges. These charges will be detailed in the service agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights in the software developed by ZAEIM Tech will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
  • ZAEIM Tech retains the right to use non-confidential aspects of the project for marketing purposes.

11.2 Third-Party Components

  • Any third-party components or software integrated into the project will be subject to their respective licenses.

12. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than the performance of the project.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • ZAEIM Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

14. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.
  • Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • ZAEIM Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
